Château de Haute-Serre today unveils its new cuvée: Grand Malbec 2023.
Produced from the finest plots in the vineyard, rooted in rare Kimmeridgian blue clay soils, it reveals all the finesse of the terroir and the excellence of French Malbec.
Designed by Malbec expert winemaker Bertrand Gabriel Vigouroux, this exceptional cuvée embodies the elegance and virtuosity of the estate.
It's back to school time, and with it, Dimanches Rôtissoire are back at the Table Vigneronne!
For starters, enjoy home-made foie gras, followed by tender, flavorful meat, grilled or roasted to perfection, and a gourmet dessert.

The Château de Haute-Serre welcomes Martine Auger and Kléber to exhibit their work on the estate's blonde stones.
