The chef serves up a winemaker’s menu featuring locally sourced, seasonal cuisine, inspired by the treasures of the Lot region: saffron, truffles, Quercy lamb, walnuts… Ingredients chosen for their authenticity, prepared with precision to reveal their full richness.
